We provide several indoor and opportunities throughout the year when local vendors can sell their products to our guests. Participation at each event requires an application and approval.

Pumpkin BOO-tique

Celebrate the spooky season at our annual Halloween boutique! We are currently seeking a diverse lineup of local artisans, makers, and food vendors featuring autumn- and Halloween-themed goods.

Calling all food, beverage, and dessert vendors! We are accepting vendor applications for Tasty Tuesdays during our annual Pumpkin Days event.

We welcome a wide variety of setup types:

  • Food trucks
  • Concession trailers
  • Pop-up booths and tents

Guests are invited to grab a bite and take advantage of discounted Pumpkin Days admission tickets!

Application Deadline: Applications close September 8, though late submissions may be considered for subsequent event dates based on availability.

Tasty Tuesdays Vendor Application

Dog Days in The Maze

  • Time: 4–8 pm

Calling all pet-centric and Halloween vendors! Dog Days in the Maze returns for 2026, offering a unique opportunity to connect with local pet owners and their four-legged friends.

Vendor Requirements & Guidelines

  • Preferred Merchandise: Pet-focused products and autumn- or Halloween-themed items receive priority consideration.
  • No Booth Fee: In lieu of a traditional vendor fee, participating vendors must provide 250 small treats or items for trick-or-treating guests and pups.
  • Food & Beverages: Mobile food and drink vendors are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Dog Days Vendor Application

Wheeler Sunday Market

Vendor applications for each calendar year open in December and close mid-February. There is a non-refundable application fee of $35 and applications must be fully completed for consideration.

How it works:

  • Complete your application and email it to Wheeler Market or bring it to the Activity Barn, Monday-Saturday, 9 am-5 pm.
    • A link to pay the application fee online will be sent to email applicants.
    • Payment can be paid at the Activity Barn for applications submitted in person.
  • Committee reviews eligible applications, selects the vendors, and notifies applicants of status.
    • Selected vendors will be sent a contract for the season.

Vendors selling only fresh, raw, whole, unprocessed, and unprepared food items directly to the final consumer (fruits, vegetables, grains, and eggs).

If you also sell processed foods, the Processed Food Vendor Application must be completed.

Produce Vendor Application

Vendors selling processed or packaged foods, not for immediate consumption at the market. This includes jams, jellies, salsas, hummus, juice, yogurt, etc.

Note: Applicable Salt Lake County Health Department and Utah Department of Agriculture and Food permits and licenses are required.

Processed Food Vendor Application

Vendors selling handcrafted items. Items that are created from commercially available plans, kits, or cast from commercial molds will not be considered.

Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

Vendors who operate a food truck or a concession stand providing food that is intended for immediate consumption.
