Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of adult sports. Choose from seasonal sports programs at instructional, recreational, and competitive levels of play.

A variety of men's, women's and coed sports leagues and tournaments are offered seasonally throughout the valley. Fun and exciting competitive and recreational events are also offered throughout the year. Participate on an individual or team basis. Adult sports are administered through the Salt Lake County Sports Office.
