Nurture Early Success Together (NEST)

Expecting a baby? NEST is a free program that pairs you with a registered nurse. Your nurse will visit you at home or in a place where you are most comfortable to support you every step of the way. They will get to know your family, bring helpful resources, and help you reach your personal goals.

NEST nurses customize every visit to match what your family needs most. With NEST you can receive up to 30 free visits, and the program can last until your child turns 3 years old. Most parents join during pregnancy. However, if you just brought home your baby, you could still receive a NEST nurse in the first weeks after birth.

During your visits, your nurse can help you:

  • Plan for your baby's birth
  • Stay healthy during and after pregnancy
  • Handle sleep and feeding changes
  • Learn how your child grows and develops
  • Manage parenting stress and daily challenges
  • Connect to helpful resources in your community
  • And so much more!
