Risk Management

The Risk Management Team of the District Attorney’s Office is
responsible for developing and implementing strategies to
protect the County’s employees and property. We advise on
workplace safety and coordinate Workers’ Compensation claims
for injured employees. We manage exposure through insurance
and claims administration. We advise agencies on contractual
insurance requirements, and assist in recovering losses from
those who damage the County’s property.
