Convention and Tourism Assessment Area

The Salt Lake County Treasurer's office oversees the collection of the Convention and Tourism Assessment.

Below you will find information about the assessment areas as well as forms to submit your assessment.

Assessment Forms

Checks, ACH, and wire transfer are accepted methods of payment. For wire instructions, please email.

Assessment and form are due by the last day of the following month.

Interest will begin to accrue on the first day following the assessment due date.

This Excel form has calculations built in, to assist with remittance (you may have to enable editing).

Multiple requests can be included on the same form, please make sure documentation is included for each request.

 

 

CTAA Religious & Charitable Organizations Refund Form

Religious and charitable organizations who didn't meet the requirements to qualify for the exemption must pay the assessment fee and request a refund by utilizing this form.

CTAA Reimbursement Refund Form

Utah State and Utah local government representatives must pay the assessment fee at the time of purchase and request a refund from Salt Lake County, please utilize this form for the request.
CTAA Hotel Partner Refund Form

CTAA Hotel Partners should utilize this form for requesting refund in the event of underpayment or overpayment of the CTAA assessment.
