The Streamlining SOPs with AI project will improve how Salt Lake County creates and shares standard operating procedures by using an AI application that automatically records tasks as employees complete them. As staff work through a process, the system will capture each step and generate a clear and structured guide that can be saved and shared with others. This will make it easier to document new or evolving workflows, support employee training, and ensure consistency across teams. By reducing the time and effort needed to create SOPs, the project will help staff work more efficiently while building a reliable knowledge base for future use.
