
The Constituent Communication Tool project will improve how Salt Lake County gathers feedback and connects with residents by using modern technology to reach people where they are, especially online. Historically, collecting input from a wide range of stakeholders has been challenging and inefficient, limiting the County's ability to fully understand community needs. This tool will make it easier to gauge interest in topics, collect feedback, and evaluate whether services and information are being delivered effectively and equitably. By streamlining engagement and reducing reliance on time consuming and less effective methods, the project will help agencies better understand the communities they serve, improve decision making, and potentially reduce costs.
