What We Do

The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office is dedicated to serving our citizens through the pursuit of justice, good government, and doing what is right.

We prosecute roughly 40% of all crime that occurs in the state of Utah.

We are the in House Legal Counsel to the Salt Lake County Government.
