The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office Files Murder Charges in Road Rage Case

Today the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office filed one count of First Degree Murder against Rodrigo Monroy. Attached is the charging document with further details.

These are allegations and Mr. Monroy remains presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
