Salt Lake County District Attorney Files Charges Against Nicholas Rossi

Earlier this afternoon the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office filed charges against Nicholas Rossi. Nicholas Rossi is charged with rape, which is a first-degree felony. A no bail warrant for the arrest of Nicholas Rossi has been issued. We are working with the Utah County Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney on the extradition of Nicholas Rossi from Scotland. The presumption of innocence applies, Nicholas Rossi remains innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
