Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office Files charges against Kevin Wayne Billings

Today, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office filed thirteen counts relating to the death of the West Valley Code Enforcement Officer Jill Robinson including, Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Murder, Aggravated Arson, and Possession of Explosive Parts against Kevin Wayne Billings. 

We want to thank West Valley City Fire Department, Unified Fire Authority, West Valley Animal Control, and Salt Lake City Police Department for helping with this investigation. Our heartfelt condolences to Jill Robinson’s family and to West Valley City Code Enforcement for their loss of a mother, friend, and colleague.
