LSCMI Assessment

The LSCMI is an evidence based risk-needs assessment conducted virtually, in person, or at the SLCO jail and is administered by a CJS Case Manager to determine level of supervision, areas for case planning. Results will also guide supervision level.

What to Expect

A CJS Case Manager will complete a client interview to obtain background information such as criminal history, education/employment, family/personal relationships, substance use, etc. The case manager may need to obtain additional information from other agencies and references; if so, the client must sign a Release of Information.

Following the completion of the interview, the CJS case manager will work with the client to create a case plan to address needs and barriers.
