In-Person and Virtual Workshops

In-person and virtual workshops and networking opportunities will be responsive to the needs and priorities of the ZAP community. These one-time, topic-specific events will be offered to provide training, support, and organizational development, not just for Tier II grantees, but to the broader nonprofit arts and culture community.

Events may be structured as workshops, panel discussions, online webinars, breakout discussions, casual networking opportunities, or a combination of offerings.

The morning begins with a panel discussion featuring local arts leaders and experienced strategic planners who will share lessons learned, practical strategies, and candid stories from their own experiences navigating change. Following the panel, attendees will participate in small-group discussions led by each presenter, creating space for deeper conversation, questions, and peer learning.
