New RFAs Released for the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) in Salt Lake County

Salt Lake County, UT - In a significant move to tackle the ongoing challenge of affordable housing, Salt Lake County's Housing & Community Development (HCD) division has announced the release of two Request for Applications (RFAs) under the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME).

TBRA and Rehab RFA

Salt Lake County HCD is inviting applications from Utah-licensed housing developers to create new affordable housing units within the county. With an allocation of approximately 1.2 million dollars, this RFA presents an opportunity for qualified and experienced developers to submit proposals for the design, construction, and management of housing units.
