Welcome to Data Services, a service designed to make property record searches easy. Whether you're curious about an owner's history, legal descriptions, or recorded documents, we've got you covered. Please be aware, recorded document images are typically available by the next working day.

The Recorder's office offers three fantastic versions of Data Services tailored to your needs. No matter which option you choose, you'll need an address or parcel number to search.

  1. Free Search: Get a quick list of recorded documents on a property - no cost, no fuss.
  2. $5 for Small Data Package (150 data units): Dive into all our digital records with a temporary username and password that we send you. The account will close after the expense of 150 data units or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. Perfect for small or quick research projects.
  3. Data Unit Package: Purchase data units and use them at your pace by logging into your account. No time limits. Creating an account begins with purchasing a package. You will then be contacted by us to complete the account set up in 1-2 business days. Your login info stays the same after you create an account. Purchase more data units for your account as you require them in the future. Best for consistent access.

Please note: Payment for options 2 and 3 above is exclusively online by credit/debit card. You will follow prompts to pay for and gain access. Data Unit Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Further explanation of the Data Units system is below under Resources.

Data Services FAQ

The Recorder's office offers three different methods for accessing our property records - "Data Services." Consistent users of Data Services are likely best off purchasing Data Unit Packages. Purchasing a Data Unit Package for the first time triggers the creation of a Data Services account.

Our office will reach out to you within 2 business days after the initial purchase to finish creating the account. With this option, you will create and use the same login credentials to access any future purchased data units which are expended by searching our records.
