Countywide Strategic Priorities and Goals

Approved by the Council on May 12, 2026, the Countywide Strategic Priorities and Goals identify key focus areas that support safe and healthy communities, resilient infrastructure, economic vitality, quality of life, and transparent and effective government. The framework is intended to facilitate coordination across county services while helping agencies align initiatives and investments with countywide goals and community needs.
